Annual Meeting November 2nd!

Red Cedar Racing Association members will be voting for open positions at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, Nov. 2. Please bring your membership card with you. If you would like to be on the ballot for any of the following positions please let Tara or Lindsay know via email: tarap@redcedarracing.com or info@redcedarracing.com. Ballot write-ins can also be done at the meeting.

2-year terms:
Vice President
Secretary/Treasurer
Board Member (2 available)

1-year term:
Driver Representative (there will be a primary and an alternate elected in each class)

All executives, board members, and driver reps are expected to attend all meetings and be actively involved in making decisions pertaining to the track.

Drivers will have the opportunity to meet with their class representative toward the end of the meeting to go over proposed WISSOTA Rule changes. Our track president will be participating in the proposed rule change discussion at the upcoming WISSOTA Annual Meeting and would like to hear your comments.

 

There are also a number of committees in need of volunteers to help things run smoothly. Please let Tara know by emailing her at tarap@redcedarracing.com if you can help with any of the following:

-Concessions: Coordinate Grandstand and Pit food, Punky Manor Breakfast

-Driver’s Representatives: Manage communication and responsibilities among all class driver reps

-Grounds and Building Maintenance

-Kids Club: Activity Planning, Sponsors, Prizes

-Membership Cards & Sponsors

-Technology: Website, Scoreboard, RaceCeivers, Transponders

-Track Prep and Equipment
